Since the opening of my boutique I've looked forward to provide beautiful pastries as we find in USA combine with the finest french recipes.
I can tell it's a success!
In my classes
I provide classic french pastry classes, but also chocolate technics, or teach personnal creations
US french cakes!
This type of cakes is very new in France, french people been very picky with the taste of their treats!
It was a challenge for me to combine sugarpaste decoration with fine and sugar light recipes.
Challenge completed!!
